In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Crew Data Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.
The Role
Working as part of a resource pool to undertake administration tasks across all employment lifecycle processes, from recruitment administration, occupational health and employee relations support through to managing leavers. Following laid down processes to a high standard you will be able to deliver all tasks to a very high accuracy standard, adhere to principles of confidentiality and deliver within agreed SLA's in equal measure.
Role Overview
Undertake administration and coordination activities to support the Occupational Health and Well Being team processes including managing occupational health records, referrals and appointments, supplier set up and invoicing
Plan and coordinate wellbeing events remotely and in person to improve physical and mental health and engagement
Support administration tasks across the employment lifecycle in the Shore Employee Admin. team, from recruitment administration through to leavers administration.
Assist with activities related administration of Hearing manager training with the Employee Relations Team
This role is positioned at CUK13 level within our organisation and is available on a part-time 30.5 hours per week, 6-month fixed term contract. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring

Prior experience of using HR Systems or similar
Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Well organised with particular attention to detail during complex processes due to the nature of the work and GDPR
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
