We're expanding our Short Breaks Service, offering overnight stays for children in a warm, supportive environment.

Fitzroy Academy, Shrewsbury SY5

Role:

Children's Residential Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

Salary:

Up to 32,552 per annum (Full-Time) | 12.60/hour + sleep-in allowance

Hours:

Part-Time (60, 90, or 120 hours/month)

Working Pattern:

Flexible shifts available - Days, Evenings, weekend, this may include some nights if this works for you

What We're Looking For

Experience in children's residential care (not essential as we provide full training) A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people A full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle (not essential) Commitment to working in well-maintained, high-quality homes
