Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks according to recipes and standards Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed during meal preparation and service Prepare ingredients and organise kitchen stations for efficient workflow Support the team in serving meals to customers, maintaining high levels of hygiene and presentation Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
