We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic logistics and supply chain team. Duties

Organise and maintain stock levels across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock checks and utilise data to identify discrepancies or potential issues. Assist with receiving processes, including loading and unloading goods using forklift trucks and handling heavy materials safely. Support with stock movement, and merchandising trends to optimise product placement and availability. Implement process improvements by analysing root causes of stock discrepancies or delays, recommending corrective actions to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate supply chain activities, optimise storage solutions, and streamline order fulfilment workflows. Participate in stock replenishment activities, ensuring timely stocking of products while adhering to safety standards related to heavy lifting and materials handling. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations during all warehouse operations, including forklift operation and manual handling procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management, retail management, or logistics environments. Knowledge of category management, merchandising strategies, and supply chain principles. Hands-on experience operating forklift trucks; valid certification is preferred. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling of materials; previous warehouse experience is desirable. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify process improvements. Good communication skills for collaborating across teams within logistics, retail management, and supply chain functions.
