Job Description

```Duties```

- Operate Shotblast & Paint machines
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise material coating
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications```

- Experience with Shotblast and Paint machinery is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of tooling and hand tools commonly used in metal fabrication
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials as needed

```Remuneration```

- Hourly Rate - 12.54

- Operator Allowance - 5.45 (Per Shift)

- Shift Allowance:

Days - 5.00 (Per Shift)

Afternoons - 10.45 (Per Shift)

Nights - 16.99 (Per Shift)

Attendance - 40 (Per Month
