Salary: 22,000 - 28,000 per annum basic salary + commission (40,000 OTE)
Hours: Thursday - Monday (10:00 - 17:00) with Tuesday and Wednesday off weekly

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to work with a market-leading local estate agent who is looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Show Home Sales Advisor to join their New Homes development based near Witney.
As Show Home Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service to potential buyers. This will include managing viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with buyers, solicitors and other internal team members to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly.
The successful Show Home Sales Advisor will be self-motivated, confident, friendly and extremely organised. You must also be proactive and able to identify opportunities for additional business and successfully objection handle when necessary.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence, own car
• Experience of excelling within property sales, ideally within a new homes environment
• Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
• Proactive, intuitive and organised
• Dedicated to building a long-term career in property
