We are currently seeking a

Showroom Assistant

to join our team in

Dungannon

. This is an exciting opportunity for an

organised and customer-focused individual

with strong

administrative skills

and experience in a

KBB (kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom) showroom or a similar retail environment

.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

Welcome clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range to help them find the best solution.

Sales Support:

Work closely with our designer to set up and schedule design consultations for customers.

CRM & Scheduling:

Use our CRM system to log customer details and arrange showroom and home visits.

Administration:

Maintain accurate customer records, assist with showroom organisation, and follow up on customer inquiries.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of our wardrobe ranges to confidently discuss options with customers.

Showroom Presentation:

Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, tidy, and fully stocked with brochures and materials.

Skills & Qualifications:



Previous experience in a

showroom assistant or administrative role within the KBB industry

(or a similar retail/design environment). A

confident and engaging personality

with strong customer service skills. Excellent

organisational and administrative abilities

, with experience using a

CRM system

. A

proactive approach

to customer service, ensuring visitors receive the best possible experience.

Well-presented and professional

, creating a welcoming and informative showroom atmosphere.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay:

27,000 per year

Dungannon showroom (In-person role)
