Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary:

Competitive - Dependent on Experience - 25,000.00 - 35,000.00

Showroom Designer

to join our team and help customers bring their dream spaces to life.

Role Overview:

As a Showroom Designer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. Your main responsibility will be to understand their needs, create inspiring design solutions using Winner Flex or a similar CAD program, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide customers through our showroom, offering expert product knowledge and advice. Design custom bedroom and kitchen layouts using Winner Flex or similar CAD software. Provide quotations and present design concepts in a clear, compelling way. Convert showroom visitors into satisfied customers through excellent sales techniques and follow-ups. Manage customer expectations and ensure a smooth design-to-installation process. Maintain the showroom to a high standard, ensuring displays are current and visually appealing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in kitchen and/or bedroom design. Proficiency in Winner Flex or similar CAD design software. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

Tuesday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(Sundays and Mondays off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
