Phantom Motor Company Limited are an independent prestige & performance specialist, born in 2007 and based out of Hindley/Wigan. We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Showroom host / Driver to join our brilliant team. The opportunity is one that does not come around often due to our family like culture and staff retention.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Showroom host / Driver to join our team, someone who can add value to our already successful team. The applicant must be resilient, forward-thinking and able to handle a fast-paced driven business, someone who can truly offer a world class customer experience.

As a representative of Phantom Motor Company, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Phantom.

You will welcome every customer through our doors, managing their visit by directing them to the correct department efficiently and offering refreshments throughout. You will also manage the showroom, making sure stock is positioned correctly, coffee machines are replenished daily, and support he sales team where possible.

Person Specification: Essentials

Experience in face-to-face Expertise in hosting Outstanding organisational skills Strong customer service skills. Full driving licence.

The Role

Provide exceptional service to every customer, going above and beyond to meet their needs Build lasting relationships with customers, making the best first impression Supporting the sales team by helping to move vehicles and hosting customers and preparing for handovers Keeping the showroom organised and tidy Replenish customer refreshments and merchandise in the showroom General upkeep of the showroom Deliver/drive vehicles to customers or relevant locations when needed.

Salary - Up to 30,000 depending on experience
