Showroom Host/Receptionist

within our Surrey branch in Gomshall.

A basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office) is essential, full training will be given on our CMS system. The position requires you to give support to the branch Sales Team by greeting all customers and ensuring they receive a warm welcome. Daily duties will include assisting the team by carrying out reception & general administrative tasks, sales administration as well as other general office duties such as dealing with petty cash, booking drivers, ordering stationary and light cleaning duties. We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all kinds of situations under pressure and remain professional at all times.

Main Duties



General Reception Duties Meet and Greeting Customers into the Dealership Ensuring the office is tidy Introducing Customers to the Sales Executive or Service Team Sales Administration Making refreshments Helping to prepare sales paperwork Liaising with aftersales department and valeting department Completion of all the necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of all sales admin Promotion of the Marquis Group, its products and services Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times by following and working within our computer system and customer care programme Light office cleaning duties Going to the bank/post office/port as and when required in company vehicle. Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of your branch and or the Marquis Group
The position can be covered by one person or taken as a shared role. Hours of work are Monday - Friday either 8.30am - 1.30pm or 1.15pm - 5.30pm. Plus Saturdays on a rota basis.

Flexibility will be required around busier times of the year and when we have special events on.
