About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Showroom Maintenance Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber, this role will support the smooth running of maintenance operations across our UK showrooms.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
Main Responsibilities:

Liaising with maintenance contractors to plan and schedule work.
Raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
Monitoring open maintenance jobs and ensuring timely closure.

Administering and filing maintenance compliance and inspection reports.

Communicating with showrooms nationwide to organise planned and reactive maintenance.

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to adapt to a changing environment while complying with internal business processes.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
