Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom covering 5 days from Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing a team, supervising sales activities, and ensuring the showroom presents an inviting and professional environment. The Showroom Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the showroom team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Organise daily operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, manual handling and visual merchandising. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Train and mentor team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain a welcoming environment that aligns with brand standards and enhances customer experience. Monitor inventory levels, organise stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the showroom. Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Organise promotional events or displays to attract footfall and increase engagement.

Skills



Proven management experience within retail or showroom environments. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Manual handling of stock. Demonstrated sales management expertise with a focus on achieving targets. Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimise product presentation. Administrative experience including reporting, stock control, and scheduling. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of showroom management. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
