Easy Living Mobility is looking for a Showroom Manager for our Burton-on-Trent store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who can confidently work on their own, lead a showroom, and deliver exceptional sales performance.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day running of the Burton-on-Trent showroom Deliver outstanding customer service to disabled customers, older adults, and their families Understand customer needs and recommend the right mobility products Take full ownership of sales targets, performance, and showroom standards Demonstrate products clearly, safely, and professionally Handle customer enquiries in store, over the phone, and via email Ensure the showroom remains a clean, welcoming, and supportive environment
What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills Confident working independently and using your own initiative Experience in car sales or a sales-focused environment is a big advantage Friendly, patient, and passionate about helping people Motivated to achieve sales targets while delivering genuine care and support Organized, reliable, and able to take responsibility for the showroom
