Role Overview



We are seeking a confident, energetic, and commercially minded

Showroom Manager

to launch and lead KAVE Home's first UK store. This role is about more than managing a retail space -- it's about curating an experience, building a high-performing team, and anchoring KAVE's brand presence in the UK market.

What You'll Do



Lead & inspire your team

: hire, train, coach, and manage a passionate showroom team, embedding the KAVE ethos and values in daily operations.

Drive sales & performance

: set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and manage the P&L for the showroom.

Deliver exceptional customer experience

: ensure every customer interaction reflects KAVE's commitment to design, quality, and warmth.

Act as brand ambassador

: represent KAVE Home's Mediterranean-inspired philosophy in all customer touchpoints and community engagement.

Manage operations

: oversee merchandising, inventory, store standards, visual merchandising, and daily logistics.

Collaborate cross-functionally

: work with marketing, buying, and e-commerce teams to drive omnichannel integration and launch strategies.

Who You Are



Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, interiors, or high-end lifestyle brands. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent people leadership skills -- you coach, motivate, and develop talent. A passion for design, interiors, and the lifestyle world. A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Good operational knowledge -- inventory management, merchandising, visual presentation. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays. Strong communication skills, both internal and external. Ideally, experience in launching a new store or brand presence, but not essential.
