Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to join our team in Romford, Essex The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including 1 other staff supervision, inventory management, and customer interactions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and maintain showroom appearance to ensure it reflects the brand's image and standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a multilingual environment to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on showroom operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to supervise and lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous (bilingual or multilingual).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.
