About us

Emma Sleep Solihull, part of Seventeen11 Holdings, a Birmingham-based group that owns several premium lifestyle and interiors businesses.
This will be Emma Sleep's first UK store, giving customers the chance to experience the brand in person and understand what better sleep really feels like.

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially aware Store Manager to lead the opening, run daily operations and build lasting relationships across the local community.

What you'll do

Take full responsibility for store performance including sales, conversion and customer satisfaction. Manage daily operations such as opening and closing, staff rotas, stock management and visual standards. Track weekly sales, footfall and average order values and use this data to improve results. Prepare a short weekly performance summary for Seventeen11 Holdings. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Emma's premium standards. Plan and run local marketing events and partnerships that raise awareness and drive new customers. Build links with local businesses, wellness professionals and interior design studios. Act as the local voice of the customer, sharing insight and feedback with Emma Sleep UK. Recruit, train and coach a small team so every customer interaction feels consistent and genuine. Keep the store presentation, service and overall feel aligned with Emma's brand expectations.

What we're looking for

Previous retail management experience, ideally within home, lifestyle or premium retail. Strong commercial mindset with confidence using sales reports and KPIs. Natural relationship builder who enjoys networking and local outreach. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills. A calm, positive and professional approach with real pride in the customer experience. Willingness to work weekends and key retail periods.
