Showroom Manager



We're looking for a Showroom Manager to join our team at Jewson St. Austell, driving growth and supporting our expanding sales portfolio.

Scheduled weekly hours are 44.5


Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm and every other Saturday 8am-12pm


Key Responsibilities:



Manage the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and work towards Showroom sales and profit targets Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice Placing customer orders with suppliers and advising customers of anticipated delivery dates, scheduling delivery dates to meet customer needs and arranging appropriate transport Realising full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly Advising customers of trading term and conditions and information relating to customer accounts as required. Following plans to continuously improve customer experience Coordinate sales promotions activities

Skills and Experience:



Previous experience in sales development Selling experience within either retail or trade outlet, generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices. Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude Demonstrable customer service focus Able to create and maintain successful customer relationships
