As Showroom Manager at White Stores, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the achievement of sales and business growth. You will be responsible for assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions and creating a welcoming and attractive showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with showroom visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their needs and preferences and guide them through product selection.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Sales: Actively promote and sell products to customers.
Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations when necessary to showcase product capabilities and advantages.
Customer Education: Provide customers with information on product specifications, warranties, and maintenance, helping them make informed decisions.
Quotation and Documentation: Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote repeat business.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized showroom, including arranging products, displays, and signage.
Market Research: Stay informed about competitors' products and pricing, sharing insights with the management team.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
Assisting the manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom

Proven experience in showroom sales or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
