Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and organised Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the visual presentation and stock organisation of our products across various showroom outlets, as well as answering queries from retail partners. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Merchandiser will play a vital part in enhancing product visibility, driving sales, and maintaining excellent relationships with store personnel.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to develop their career within retail merchandising while contributing significantly to brand presentation and sales growth. The role will be reviewed after a three month probationary period to be a full time, permanent position.

Duties



Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies to optimise product placement and visibility. Supervise and coordinate with store staff to ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained. Utilise promotional materials to maximise impact in the sales process. Manage inventory levels, organise stock replenishment, and ensure timely restocking of products. Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with merchandising plans. Lead training sessions for store staff on product features and visual presentation techniques. Maintain detailed records of merchandising activities and store feedback. Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively whilst managing multiple stores simultaneously. Support administrative tasks related to merchandising schedules, reports, and communication.

Requirements



Proven experience within a retail or merchandising environment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide store personnel. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics. . Effective time management skills to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple locations. Previous administrative experience related to scheduling A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
