Showroom Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Showroom Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations of our showroom and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the showroom remains welcoming and well-presented. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in contributing to our social media presence.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
1 Saturday in every 3, with a day off in the week to compensate
Duties
Oversee day-to-day showroom activities to ensure a professional, inviting environment
Greet and assist customers, providing product information and excellent service
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate updates to customers
Maintain stock levels, organise displays, and ensure products are presented attractively
Manage basic showroom administration and record-keeping
Support social media efforts by sharing content, updates, and customer interactions
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment
Skills
Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar showroom-based role
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams is essential
Confident using order-processing systems and point-of-sale tools
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Creative interest in social media and product presentation
Customer-focused attitude with a professional, friendly approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
