detail-oriented and organised Showroom Stock Assistant
to join our dynamic and friendly team based at our Brentford warehouse. This role involves occasional travel to our other UK Showrooms and European site.
You will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and smooth running of stock management processes across both our Showrooms and Loaner stock. Responsibilities include cataloguing, photographing, barcoding, and rotating stock, as well as preparing equipment for resale once demo periods have ended.
This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a wide variety of cutting-edge film and production equipment valued currently at around 2m. You will receive full on-the-job training and work as part of a small, hardworking dedicated team.
This full-time role is best suited to someone highly organised, attentive to detail, and enthusiastic about working with professional equipment, with a strong interest in operational accuracy and process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain showroom stock levels.
Book in and process new stock.
Manage stock movements and data entry across systems.
Barcode and catalogue all equipment.
Prepare equipment for resale following demo periods.
Investigate and resolve stock queries, anomalies, and discrepancies.
Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments to support shared objectives.
Carry out general administrative tasks as required.
Adhere to all relevant quality control procedures.

Salary/Remuneration
The salary for this position is 23809.50 per annum plus the potential to earn overtime at time and a half
Full time hours Monday to Friday 9:00 and to 5:30pm ( 1 hour lunch)
