The Opportunity
We're looking for a
hands-on Showroom Supervisor
to keep standards high and the team motivated--especially on
Mondays
(deliveries, supplier orders, post-weekend follow-ups) and
Saturdays
(our busiest sales day) when our Showroom Manager isn't in. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, keep tasks moving, and make sure phones, emails, customers and orders are handled promptly.
What You'll Do
Lead the day
when the Manager isn't in: set priorities, allocate tasks fairly, keep the team focused and service standards high.
Customer service:
welcome customers and trade decorators; use product knowledge to recommend paints, wallpapers and sundries; upsell accessories where appropriate.
Mix paint & process orders:
tinting, special/supplier orders, accurate EPOS use, and customer follow-up.
Phones & email enquiries:
ensure calls/emails are answered and queries are resolved or progressed.
Deliveries & stock:
book in deliveries, maintain stock levels, keep the warehouse/showroom organised and safe.
Merchandising & housekeeping:
maintain a clean, well-presented showroom; promote seasonal and special items to drive sales.
