We're Hiring: Graphic Designer & Customer Experience Assistant

Angel Blooms is your all-occasions showroom, turning special moments into unforgettable experiences. From custom floral designs and wedding stationery to personalised gifts, hampers, and balloons, we specialise in bringing visions to life.

We're looking for a

creative, customer-focused team member

with strong graphic design skills to join our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Cloud)

Use

Photoshop and Illustrator

to design custom event stationery, signage, and digital assets. Work directly with clients to create and refine personalised designs. Prepare print-ready artwork for production.

Customer Service & Sales Support

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and website. Guide clients through the design and ordering process. Ensure a welcoming showroom experience for walk-in customers.

Showroom & Visual Merchandising

Maintain a visually inspiring showroom. Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements, gifts, and custom items.

Workshop Support

Help create hampers, balloons, and personalised gifts. Training provided for hands-on product creation.

Social Media & Content

Capture and assist with content creation for social media, showcasing your designs and our latest offerings.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

(Portfolio or sample work is highly regarded.)

Creative Eye for Design

Experience in stationery or event design is a plus.

Strong Customer Service Skills

Friendly, confident, and professional communication.

Organised & Multitasking Pro

Comfortable balancing creative and customer-facing work.

Team Player

Collaborative, reliable, and willing to support across roles.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.25-12.34 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
