Qualified Social Worker - Community Adult Social Care (Shropshire)
Rate: 28.40 per hour
Location: Central Shropshire (Hybrid Working)
Team: Community Adult Social Care
We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Community Adult Social Care team in Central Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity to support adults with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries (ABI), and older people, making a real difference in your local community.

Mileage and travel support provided (driver required)
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting face-to-face assessments and reviews within the Central Shropshire area
Supporting adults with physical disabilities, ABI, and older people
Creating care plans and coordinating appropriate services
Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (QSW) registered with Social Work England
Ability and willingness to travel within Central Shropshire
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in adult social care preferred, but supportive of motivated candidates
Flexible working is available, combining office and home-based work, but applicants must be able to travel to complete face-to-face assessments.
