Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile construction professional to join our team as a Shuttering Carpenter. This role involves working on diverse projects within the construction and restoration industries, requiring a strong foundation in carpentry and shuttering. The ideal candidate will have experience with various construction techniques, tools, and industry standards, contributing to high-quality project completion across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Duties

Perform framing, trim carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on-site while maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in construction site work, or related fields such as carpentry or remodeling industry experience Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and fabrication processes Knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to operate heavy machinery when necessary Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday Strong understanding of various construction disciplines including framing (wood and metal). Experience working on construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance A CSCS card is essential for this project Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements Must be dependable with a strong work ethic; ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
