Shuttle Driver
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation between our hotel and Gatwick Airport. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant journey, offering excellent service and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport guests to and from Gatwick Airport according to the hotel's schedule.
Assist guests with luggage and provide a comfortable travel experience.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel shuttle vehicle.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
Deliver professional, courteous, and timely service at all times.
Keep accurate trip and fuel records.
Requirements:
Must be 23 years or older (for insurance purposes).
Full UK driving licence (clean record preferred).
Previous driving or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer care skills.
Early morning starts (4:00am) are common, so punctuality is essential.
Must be reliable, well-presented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
