Overview

We are seeking a professional who hold both S.I.A C.C.T.V & Door Supervisor badges to join our team in the area of Cardiff. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in safety and security of our premises and responding to incidents effectively. This job role requires you to work on weekends as well as during the week, drivers preferred as there may be some event work also.

Responsibilities

:

Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues and promote safety. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, utilising first aid skills when required. Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities as needed to ensure a safe environment.

Experience

Familiarity with first aid procedures is advantageous. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff.
Silurian Security vet all staff to the BS7858 standard of Security Personnel and you will need to be able to prove a clear 5 year work history to pass the vetting.
