We are seeking confident, reliable and experienced SIA licensed Door Supervisors located in

Aberdeen City Centre

to join our team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests. Your primary duties will be to greet customers entering our client's premises, check identification and to ensure that the night runs smoothly, managing any incidents that may occur using diplomacy and conflict management skills.

Duties:

- Greet customers and manage admission control

- Conduct bag checks and implement necessary security measures

- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats

- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries or concerns

- Collaborate with other security personnel to maintain a cohesive team environment

- Administer first aid when necessary and coordinate with emergency medical services if required

Qualifications:

- SIA Door Supervisors licence is essential for this position

- Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role

- Strong knowledge of security protocols and Scottish licencing law

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- First Aid certification
