The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company policies while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities



Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises. Conduct regular surveillance of the venue using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activity. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff. Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons in and out of the venue. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any issues to management promptly. Uphold high standards of customer service while enforcing venue rules and regulations.

Experience



Previous experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with loss prevention methods and first aid certification is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Pay: 13.78-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 16 per week
