Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

Managing busy queues ID Checks Crowd control indoors Protecting the safety of both customers and staff ensuring noise and loitering outside are minimal after closing Preventing glassware and other items from being taken as people leave
We expect the following from our doorstaff:

Excellent communication skills Dealing with challenges in a discreet, professional manner A high standard of customer service Friendly and approachable nature Ability to work well on your own and in a team Correct SIA certification and badge visible each shift Works well under pressure Observing situations to prevent any escalation Crowd control indoors Protecting the safety of both customers and staff ensuring noise and loitering outside are minimal after closing Preventing glassware and other items from being taken as people leave

We open:

Mondays, some Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays.

15 per hour weekdays. 17 per hour on Saturdays.

We are currently hiring for Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
