We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to loss prevention. The Door Supervisor will oversee entrance and exit points, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Utilise CCTV systems effectively to maintain surveillance over key areas. Respond promptly to incidents, managing conflicts with professionalism and authority. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required, maintaining clear communication at all times. Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and any relevant observations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Proficient in the use of CCTV equipment and monitoring systems. First Aid certification is highly desirable; training may be provided for suitable candidates. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills are essential for identifying potential issues. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
