Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA license and will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at the venue, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests while effectively managing any potential risks. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond swiftly to incidents, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of conduct.

Responsibilities

Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of patrons and staff. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy. Respond promptly to incidents, including disputes or emergencies, utilising conflict resolution skills. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary. Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities during shifts

Skills

Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing difficult situations. First aid certification is highly desirable, enabling you to respond effectively in emergencies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people. Strong observational skills with attention to detail, allowing for quick identification of potential issues.
