Overview

We are seeking vigilant and professional Door Supervisors with very good communication skills to work at a family friendly venue Friday and Saturday evenings

Responsibilities.

Enforce venue/event policies and licensing regulations effectively while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Communicate effectively with colleagues and members of the public. Provide first aid assistance in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary. Prepare incident reports as required and maintain accurate records of any occurrences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred First aid certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patrons and staff. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.

Pay: 13.00 per hour
