Job Summary

Northern Door Security Group are recruiting for Door Supervisors to join us and work as a Door Supervisor in a PUB located in Clitheroe.

Responsibilities

Monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Utilise CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities within the venue. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage. Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary, and liaising with emergency services as required. Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Experience & Recruitments

Previous experience (2 Years) in a security role is required. Speak fluent English. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is highly advantageous. Valid SIA Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
