Job Description

New Concept Security are one of the biggest and fastest growing Door Security companies in the North West of England, and due to continuous rapid growth we are recruiting Door Supervisors in and around the Congleton area.

All Security Officers must be physically healthy, clean and smart in appearance, possess good presence and bearing. You will be required to communicate with the general public and / or employees of our client clearly and courteously at all times.

We have self-employed roles (in which you will be responsible for paying your own tax and national insurance) or PAYE roles to suit.

The Role

Working on a pub venue Proving a physical security presence whilst also welcoming patrons to our clients sites Completing incident reports Responding to and dealing with incidents in an appropriate manner

Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises. Conduct regular surveillance of the area to detect any suspicious activities. Implement strategies to minimise theft and damage to property. Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure that emergency procedures are followed. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required to address security concerns. Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any issues to management promptly. Engage with customers in a friendly manner while enforcing venue policies and regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential. Familiarity in ACT and ask Angela is highly advantageous. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and first aid certification will be considered an asset. Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for this role. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Pay: 13.00 (negotiable based on experience)

Expected hours: 10-12 per week at weekends with opportunity for further mid week work
