Door Supervisor

This role will endeavour to support our clients to deliver industry leading services. As the forefront of the business, it will be expected that you will provide exceptional security standards and customer services to our clients and their assets.

Location - Glasgow



Salary -13 per hour



Shifts: Monday to Friday 5pm to 730pm & Saturday 8am to 1pm



Hours: 17.5



Essential:

Previous experience in a similar role is required to be considered for the position, Able to communicate effectively with customers and members of the public.

Start Date: ASAP


Main Responsibilities:



In this vital role, you will oversee the management of essential support services, ensuring the building remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership - Overseeing the safety and security of the building and the persons within.

Health & Safety Management - Ensuring all activities comply with statutory, national, and local governance requirements.

Asset & Risk Management - Managing the risk of the building and persons within to ensure a safe and secure enviroment.

Person requirements



Desirable:



First Aid Certificate SIA accreditations

Previous work experience required:



Essential:



A role within the security industry, specifically in mobile services. Previous experience is required to be considered for the position, Strong communication skills Smart appearance

Knowledge and experience:



1 year security

Personal skills/behaviours/qualities:



Essential:



Great communicator Drives positive business ethic. Confident in high pressure situations Able to manage difficult situations
