The Door Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at venues and events. This position requires a vigilant individual who can effectively monitor premises, manage crowd control, and ensure compliance with licensing laws. The Door Supervisor is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while also being prepared to handle any incidents that may arise.
Duties
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.
Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of guests and adherence to venue capacity limits.
Provide first aid assistance as necessary, responding promptly to any medical emergencies.
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken during shifts.
Experience
Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable.
Certification in first aid or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively. This role is essential for ensuring the safety of all individuals within the venue while promoting a positive atmosphere. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
ROLE IS:
PAYE ONLY
MONTHLY PAY 15th of Each Month
You must be consistently available Fridays, Saturdays, and the Sunday Preceeding a bank holiday.
