We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring entrance and exit points, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, and providing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of safety.

Responsibilities

Monitor the entrance and exit of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals. Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing laws and regulations. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring that all incidents are documented appropriately. Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour and provide reassurance to patrons. Assist in training new staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable. A valid First Aid certification is preferred Strong communication skills A professional appearance and demeanour are essential for representing our organisation positively.
