We are seeking experienced and personable Door Supervisors to join our team throughout Leeds, Chapel Allerton, Wakefield, Harrogate. This role goes beyond traditional security, requiring individuals who can deliver both safety and a welcoming attitude. Our door supervisors are the first point of contact for guests, and we expect them to embody the values of Kingsman Security by being approachable, professional, and proactive in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Security:

Maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry and exit points, managing crowd control, and diffusing potential conflicts with a calm and professional demeanor.

Customer Service:

Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude, providing assistance as needed, and ensuring a positive first impression.

Venue Liaison:

Work closely with venue management and staff to ensure the smooth operation of events and adherence to all safety protocols.

ID Verification:

Check IDs to ensure all guests meet the venue's age requirements and refuse entry to those who are underage or do not meet the venue's standards.

Incident Reporting:

Accurately document any incidents or issues that arise during your shift and communicate with the management team as required.

Emergency Response:

Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including providing first aid or coordinating with local authorities if necessary.

Requirements:

SIA Door Supervisor License:

Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License.

Experience:

Previous experience as a door supervisor or in a similar security role, preferred but not required.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively.

First Aid:

First Aid Certification.

Driving Licence:

Driving licence preferred, but not required.

Appearance:

Clean, professional appearance and demeanor in line with the expectations of the role.

Availability:

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
