Overview

We are seeking vigilant and professional Person with a Door Supervisors licence and Enhanced DBS to work in an environment with Children and Vulnerable adults in East London and South Essex. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff.

Responsibilities.

Enforce venue policies effectively while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Communicate effectively with colleagues and members of the public. Provide first aid assistance in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary. Prepare incident reports as required and maintain accurate records of any occurrences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred First aid certification Current ACT Certificates Current Enhanced DBS Driving Licence and Transport desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patrons and staff. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
