We are looking for SIA Door Supervisors in Plymouth and surrounding areas for Fridays & Saturdays nights

Weekly pay

Must have Right to work documents in the UK

Transport would be an advantage due to some locations of work.

Must be confident to work alone at venues and committed to working weekends.

The Door Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests while preventing loss and theft. This position requires a vigilant individual with strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Door Supervisor will oversee entry points, monitor surveillance systems, and enforce venue policies.

Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter potential theft or misconduct Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid assistance when necessary and coordinating with emergency services as required. Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with guests, addressing any concerns or disputes effectively. Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences during shifts for management review. Collaborate with team members to uphold a secure environment and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security or as a Door Supervisor is essential. Valid first aid certification is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills are essential for identifying potential issues before they escalate. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
