Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company policies, while also providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorised access. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of all individuals on site. Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and liaising with emergency services as required. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and any relevant reports.

Skills

Proficient in operating CCTV and surveillance systems. Strong understanding of first aid procedures. Experience in loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with the public. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 50 per week
