We're seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive

Door Supervisors

to join our team. You'll be working at vibrant LGBTQ+ venues in Central London, helping to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons this job is for (LGBTQ+ STAFF).

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff. Monitor and control entry to the venue. Provide a warm, welcoming presence and be sensitive to the needs of LGBTQ+ patrons. Handle any incidents or conflicts professionally and discreetly. Work closely with venue management to maintain a positive environment. Extensive hospitality and Door Supervision Skills. Able to lead a team of 20 operatives

Qualifications and Skills:

SIA Door Supervisor License

is required. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
