About the Role:

We are looking to recruit experienced and trained Security Officers for an exciting new project at

Deeside, North Wales

. The project will require

security coverage

(specific hours to be confirmed), and we are seeking

dynamic, reliable, and professional officers

to join our team.

This is a

long-term, permanent position

where officers will be directly involved in safeguarding the client's assets, maintaining high security standards, assisting with general business operations, and liaising with clients and the public. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team, providing a visible, welcoming, and professional security presence at all times.

Shift Patterns:

Coverage will include

weekdays and weekends

, with

day and night shifts

. Exact shift patterns and hours will be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

Safeguard the client's assets and ensure high levels of security across the site. Work closely with the client, their customers, and members of the public, ensuring a professional and approachable presence. Handle general business occurrences and respond to enquiries effectively. Provide a highly visible, welcoming presence from the outset, representing the company in a professional manner. Liaise directly with the client and maintain open lines of communication. Ensure the safety of the premises and those within, following site-specific procedures. Report any incidents, security breaches, or issues promptly and in accordance with the client's guidelines. Be proactive and forward-thinking, ensuring that all security measures are adhered to and maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Valid SIA License

(mandatory). Previous experience as a security officer, ideally in similar environments. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Professional, approachable, and able to work directly with clients and the public. A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service. Must be confident, forward-thinking, and able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
