Red Watch Security Ltd is an ACS-accredited and ISO-certified security provider, delivering professional, reliable, and customer-focused services across the United Kingdom. We work with a wide range of clients including local authorities, construction site, corporate offices and retail environments.

Our reputation is built on trust, integrity and service excellence and we are expanding our team in Bristol to support a number of exciting new contracts.

The Roles

We are recruiting for a range of Security Officer positions across Bristol, including:

- Concierge - day shifts

- Door Supervisors - Night shifts

- Ad-Hoc Cover

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff and visitors

- Conduct regulat site patrols and access control duties.

- Report and record incidents using company systems (including 1st Reporting App)

- Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional company representative.

- Respond to alarms and emergencies in line with site-specific procedures

- Liaise with emergency services and control room where required.

Requirements

- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).

- Full UK Driving Licence (required for mobile roles).

- Strong communication and observation skills.

- Smart appearance and professional attitude.

- Reliable, punctual and confident in lone working environments.

- Previous experience in the security industry is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.
