Boards4agents is a Leicester based family business and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing business as a Sign Fitter.

Boards4agents has been operating since 2011 and is one of the leading sign fitting companies in Leicestershire. We pride ourselves in supporting local businesses and understanding their individual needs.

The potential candidate must have the following:

A clean full driver's license

The ability to drive a van. The vehicle will be provided.

The ability to use power tools to fit estate agent boards

The ability to work at height using ladders

The ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment

Available to work on weekends
Main responsibilities:

Driving to properties across Leicestershire fitting estate agent boards and Completing up to 50 jobs a day

Ensuring all signs are fitted as per company standards

Supporting management to implement business improvements

Maintaining services by adhering to company operations and procedures

Adhering to company Health and Safety practices

Working outdoors in most weather conditions, unless it is dangerous

Upon return to the unit, ensure the vehicles used and units are kept tidy and ready for the next day

Wear Company Uniform (uniform will be provided)

Other duties as and when directed by the Management Team

Key Performance Indicators:

How many signs are fitted to company standards correctly and within time? Does the quality of work meet the company standards? Feedback from estate agents
Full training will be given.

Paid trial for 2 weeks.

Probation period of 6 months.

The post is Full time and Permanent.

Salary: 25,400.00 per annum and will be based on skills and experience.

The interview will be held via Zoom.
