Key2 Group is an industry leading signage, printing and acrylic fabrication company, manufacturing signs and displays predominantly for the retail sector. From our factory in Horndean, we manufacture and install for major retailers in the UK and the rest of the world. We are known for delivering high-impact signage and branding solutions. Key2 Group have been producing signage for over 20 years.

We are currently looking for a Skilled Sign Fitter with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship to join our existing installation team. Min 3 years experience required.

The ideal candidate must be polite, punctual, reliable, well presented and friendly as they will be customer facing on occasion. Also working aside fitter's mates. You must be able to get to Horndean site every morning, where you will either be paired with a fitter for the day or stay and assist in our factory. This role will include overnight stays on a regular basis, usually Monday and Tuesday a few times per month. Expenses and accommodation will be provided.

This is a permanent, employed position.

As a Sign Fitter your responsibilities will include:

Assembling signs within the factory setting Installing signage at various client locations Installing vinyl window graphics Use technical drawing plus written and verbal instructions to perform necessary tasks Conduct routine inspections of completed assemblies Follow established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly
The ideal candidate must:

Work as part of a team Have excellent attention to detail Be experienced in using power tools Have a full driving licence Have experience working in a fast-paced environment Be able to lift heavy items CSCS, IPAF and PASMA Certificates 3 years experience
45,000 (inclusive of overtime/travel time, plus pension and holidays)

(32,000 basic salary + overtime ) OTE 45,000 per year - Consistent for the last 5 years!

All overnight accommodation and food-travel expenses are paid.

40 hour week - Monday to Friday usually, weekend work is rare.

On average you will work away from home approx. 50% of the time.
