We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Fabricator

to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As a Fabricator, you will work within our sign-making department on a variety of projects, from assembling and fabricating signage to operating workshop machinery.

This is a hands-on, diverse role that requires attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble signage components to specification Operate and maintain workshop machinery safely and efficiently Apply vinyl to substrates with precision and consistency Proficient in using a variety of hand tools Maintain an organised and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard Work independently and within a team to complete tasks

About You

Sign Fabrication Experience

- ability to cut, shape, assemble, and finish sign components (some training provided where needed).

Machine Operation

- comfortable using workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently.

Attention to Detail

- ensuring every sign meets our quality standards and looks professional.

Technical Understanding

- ability to read and follow job specifications, measurements, and layouts accurately.

Teamwork & Communication

- able to work well with colleagues and share progress or issues clearly.

Time Management

- working efficiently to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Adaptability

- willing to take on a variety of fabrication and workshop tasks.

Physical Capability

- comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a hands-on workshop environment.
