The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for producing high-quality vinyl graphics and signage, then getting out on-site to install them. You'll work with our design team's artwork to bring client visions to life, operating our large format printing equipment and delivering professional installations across the South East. Some days you'll be in the workshop running the printer and prepping materials. Other days you'll be on the road installing vehicle graphics or fitting shop signage. It's varied, practical work that requires both technical skill and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

Production (approximately 60% of your time)

Operate large-format printer and laminator to produce vinyl graphics, stickers, and signage Print materials ranging from small die-cut stickers to full vehicle wrap graphics Prepare materials for installation including weeding, trimming, and laminating. Maintain production equipment and carry out routine maintenance Quality check all printed materials before they leave the workshop Keep track of material stock levels and flag when reorders are needed

Installation (approximately 40% of your time)

Install/manage vehicle graphics including full wraps, partial wraps, and lettering on vans, cars, and commercial vehicles Fit window graphics, wall graphics, and internal/external signage Visit client sites to assess installation requirements and measurements Work at height when installing external signage (using ladders and appropriate equipment) Problem-solve installation challenges on-site to deliver clean, professional results Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience operating large format printers (Roland Versacamm experience is a strong advantage) Solid understanding of vinyl materials, laminates, and their applications Ability to produce high-quality print work with attention to colour accuracy and finish Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload Physically capable of installation work, including lifting, working at height, and extended periods on your feet Full UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges

Beneficial (but not essential):

Vehicle wrapping and graphics installation experience Sign installation and fitting experience Working at height certification or CSCS card Basic understanding of design file preparation

Work Arrangements

Travel:

This role involves regular travel to client sites across the South East for installations. Arrangements for vehicle use and travel logistics will be discussed during the interview process.

Hours:

Full-time position with standard working hours. Occasional flexibility may be required for specific installation projects.
