About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Signage Professional

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of various types of signage--including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, wayfinding signs, banners, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret design specifications and client requirements to produce accurate signage Operate printing, cutting, and finishing equipment (e.g., vinyl cutters, laminators) Install signs on-site (indoor and outdoor) using safe and industry-approved techniques Perform electrical wiring and mounting for illuminated signage (if applicable) Conduct site assessments and take accurate measurements Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Maintain tools, materials, and workspaces in a safe and organized manner Work collaboratively with the design, production, and sales teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in the signage industry (installation, fabrication, or design) Familiarity with materials like vinyl, acrylic, metal, and LED components Ability to use sign-making equipment and tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites Comfortable working at heights and with power tools Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus Electrical certification or experience with illuminated signage is a bonus
